Shipping Policy

We aim to have all orders packed within 48 hours of the order being placed and physically shipped out, weekends and public holidays are excluded.

We use Australia Post and Numerous Couriers to ship your items.

We will always be helpful in the event of Lost or damaged parcels however we can not be held responsible for any events once it has left our possession. If you find yourself in receipt of a damaged parcel please ensure you do the following:

  • The packaging

  • The label

  • Damaged items.
